		<description>Hat off to you guys to take the step to set up a start-up! i watched your last video where you talking about setting process guidelines and standards, that&#039;s essential for the success of the company in the long run. 

I have been working for a large software company in a management role for close to 7 years, the on-going improvement that will increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of everyone (apart from the element of leadership) is coming from process improvement.

I definitely think you guys are on the right track, and hope you succeed in your venture!</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve been reading Joel on Software and he makes the point that specification documents should be read. If they&#039;re too boring or too dense, and end up not being read by anyone, they&#039;re worthless. Likewise, the operations manual should probably not be too heavy or too verbose to the point that it can&#039;t be read and referred to.

I like the idea of using a wiki for these types of documents because of the versioning.</description>
