It looks like hostmonster is doing something differently now with the email settings. You should be able to ignore the email portion of my tutorial. I think hostmonster will set this up for you automatically.

I also have heard that some people aren’t even seeing fantastico in the control panel any more. If so, there is an installer named “Simple Scripts” that can also help you get WordPress up and going.

Hi, I just installed WP on my site, but some of the setting are coming different on my account.
I have hostmonster account.
When I set up WP using fantastico, it doesnt ask me for email configuration.
I set up my blog on the site given. But it shows me the list of files.
Please help me whats wrong with it.

Thank you Jimmy! You were the missing link… the instructions on BlueHost forget to mention that you have to go to Fantastico to find Wordpress. They just start with “Choose an admin name…”

Hi Jimmy, thanks for the video. I’m close to signing up with host monster or blue host and maybe you can answer a couple of questions. I’m happy to use you as a referral.

How does one customize a wp blog using wordpress templates or other methods, say, dreamweaver, within blue host? Is this easy and flexible? Your video shows us the default WP theme. How does one go about changing that?

And, the purpose of our blog is to show a series of videos on a particular subject and allow viewers to comment on them. There will be dozens of videos, and I don’t want the endless scroll in order to get to the ones viewers may want. Can a single blog have multiple pages –each page with it’s own video and own set of comments?
