My site goes down almost every day for atleast 30 minutes or more. So far using Bluehost has been a big mistake. Tech support is very poor and gives canned answers which do not address or even attempt to solve any of the problems. You should be able to ignore the email portion of my tutorial. I think hostmonster will set this up for you automatically. I also have heard that some people aren't even seeing fantastico in the control panel any more. If so, there is an installer named "Simple Scripts" that can also help you get WordPress up and going.
